# Integrate older versions of QuickBooks Desktop with QuickBooks Time

Learn how to integrate older versions of QuickBooks Desktop with QuickBooks Time.

Direct integration of QuickBooks Time & QuickBooks Desktop 2022 will be discontinued after May 31, 2025.

You can continue to sync your QuickBooks Time data with QuickBooks desktop by

- Upgrading to the latest version of QuickBooks Desktop or
- Connecting with the Web Connector.

## Option 1 Upgrade (recommended)

To upgrade your version of QuickBooks Desktop, contact us at 800-766-8890. Upgrading means nothing will change with your QuickBooks Time integration.

## Option 2

If you choose to continue using QuickBooks Desktop 2022, you can re-integrate with QuickBooks Time using the Web Connector.

First, remove your current integration:

1. In QuickBooks Time, go to **Feature Add-ons** then select **Manage Add-ons**.
2. In the **Installed** section, find **QuickBooks Desktop for Windows**.
3. Select **Uninstall**.
