# Create and print a packing slip

A packing slip is a document that contains item, quantity, and other important shipping information when shipping goods to your customers.

## Print a packing slip in QuickBooks Online

1. Go to **All apps**, then **Customer Hub**, then **Customers** ( [**Take me there**](https://c1.qbo.intuit.com/qbo1/login?pagereq=customers?jobId=customers)).
2. Select the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
3. From the **Transaction List** tab, select the checkbox next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a packing slip.
4. Select the **Batch actions** dropdown, then select **Print packing slip**.
5. The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print.
